At this writing, PCPS was just finishing gathering data for the latest PCPS Top Talent Survey, a unique CPA-specific study that provides inside information on the career and employer expectations of the best and brightest young professionals. In the survey, CPA firm leaders ask their most highly qualified people to identify their professional aspirations and expectations. The CPA firm leaders are also asked their opinions on staff members' wants and needs, making it possible to identify misunderstandings and communication failures. The PCPS report on the survey, which will be published in April, will cover key findings and offer tips on the best ways to attract and retain the most talented young professionals.
