The Boeing Company, in Chicago, has named Rinaldo Petrignani as the new vice president for Boeing international relations in Italy.

Boeing also selected Bonnie Soodik to become president of shared services, senior vice president of the company and a member of its executive council. Soodik most recently served as vice president of human resources for Boeing Space and Communications, in Seal Beach, Calif.

FlightSafety, of New York, has chosen Mike King to become manager of its two learning centers at St. Louis Lambert International Airport. King has been with FlightSafety for 13 years and has managed the company's Sabreliner center on Lambert Airport for the past five years.

The company also named George Ferito to manage its Fort Worth Learning Center. Ferito was previously the assistant manager of the company's Dallas-Fort Worth training center.

Dale Bartos has joined E20 Communications Inc., of Calabasas, Calif., as chiefoperating officer and chief financial officer. Bartos has a technology background that includes drives, servers and networking equipment firms.

E20 also announced the appointment of Robin L Crandell as senior vice president of worldwide sales. Crandell, previously a partner at Phase II Techni cal Sales, has 23 years of advanced technology experience. In addition, the company appointed John P. Neenan as its eastern regional sales manager.
