Northrop Grumman Corporation's Integrated Systems sector, located in Dallas, announced the appointment of Scott Douglas as regional vice president for Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, Douglas directs Integrated Systems' regional business development and customer service activities for Southeast Asia. Douglas succeeds Phil Murphy, who recently retired.

Exostar, located in Herndon, Va., announced that its board of directors has selected Donald E. Bielinski as the company's president and chief executive officer. Bielinski joins Exostar after a 29-year career at W.W. Grainger, Inc. where he held senior management positions including chief financial officer, organization and planning, senior vice president, marketing and sales and group president.

SYTEX, Inc., headquartered in Doylestown, Pa., has appointed Glenn A. Porter senior vice president of the systems engineering and support group in Vienna, Va. Porter will be responsible for the operations and growth of several component organizations including readiness and sustainment operations, intelligence operations and technical operations. Porter graduated from the U.S. Military Academy in 1969 with a BS in engineering.

The SYTEX Group, Inc. also has named Gerard P. Brohm president of Information Network Systems Inc., a systems engineering and information technology company located in Ivyland, Pa. He retired from the US Army Signal Corps as a major general.
