The ICOTE provides a forum for the senior operational test and evaluation and developmental test and evaluation representatives from the Defense Department, the military service test & evaluation commands, and senior executives of representative U.S. defense corporations to meet quarterly to review issues of common interest and concern. Discussions encompass test and evaluation policies and procedures which impact the acquisition and life cycle of weapons systems.
