This year marks the 80th anniversary of the Department of Defense Industrial College of the Armed Forces. ICAF prepares students to deal "with national security strategy and the resource component of national power, with special emphasis on acquisition and joint logistics, and their integration into national security strategy for peace and war," said Marine Maj. Gen. Frances C. Wilson, ICAF's commandant.
