I. INTRODUCTION

This index includes entries for articles published in the Militarg Law Review from volume 91 (summer 1982) to 101 (summer 1983), inclusive. This index, like those contained in vo1umes 81,91, and 96, consists of an author index, a title index, and a subject index. Unlike previous indices, however, the book review indices have been discontinued.

Beginning with this index, and as may have been suggested by the inclusionofcumulativeindicesinvolumes81and91, theReuiew will provide cumulative indices inevery tenth issue. Thenext cumulative issue, coveringvolumes 102 to 111 will thus appear involume 111. It is hoped that this systemization of the indexing of the Military Law Review will assist the reader in researching articles contained therein.
