In Memoriam.

It is with great sadness that we mourn the loss of a great friend and insurance advocate, Art Marchiselli (1935-2019). Artie was one of the founding members of NYACT and without his leadership NYACT would not be the organization it is today. His unwavering pursuit of uncovering insurance fraud and addressing auto theft has been instrumental in reducing theft and fraud in New York. Insurance Advocate has endorsed NYACT's goals over the years, especially at behest of Art Marchiselli, its longtime Chairman. Arthur Vincent Marchiselli, a resident of Yonkers, lost his long battle with cancer October 8, 2019. He was 83 years old. Born in the Bronx to the late Frank and Margaret Marchiselli. Arty is survived by his wife of 56 years, Bunny. He is also survived by his loving daughters Midge (Ritchie) Rodriguez and Christine (Michael) Merritt, his adoring grandchildren: Ritchie Rodriguez, Deanna (Andrew) Rodriguez, Freddie (Krista) Nicodemus and Alex Rodriguez. He was pre deceased by his grandson Robert Rodriguez. On May 29, 2019 he was forever blessed with the birth of his precious great granddaughters Gianna and Sophia Nicodemus, who became the latest loves of his life. Arty was a huge fan of the New York Yankees, a United States Navy veteran and a retired employee of Allstate Insurance and Geico Insurance. R.I.P
