In memoriam.
FRANK D. GUNTER, a long-time member of the St. Louis Chapter, passed away on Friday, May 2, 2003, after a lengthy illness. Prior to his retirement in 1992, Mr. Gunter was Vice President--Taxes of the May Department Stores Company, a position he held since joining the firm in May 1973. In addition to TEI, Mr. Gunter was also active in the taxation committee of the National Retail Federation.
