In memoriam.

SAUL D. KASS, charter member and former President of the Kansas City Chapter, died September 15. He was 90 years old. Mr. Kass earned his bachelor's degree in 1936 from the University of Kansas School of Business. During his career, he was Controller and CFO of Harzfelds Department Store for 34 years and of the House of Lloyd for 20 years. He also served as Chairman and Treasurer of the Branson Scenic Railroad for 12 years. Mr. Kass was involved in many civic and community groups and was active in his chapter up until his death. Mr. Kass joined TEI in 1950.

JOHN M. O'GORMAN, member of the Austin Chapter, died November 9 after battling Lou Gehrig's Disease. He was 57 years old. Mr. O'Gorman earned his bachelor's degree from Wayne State University in 1975 and his post-graduate degree from University of Houston in 1985. During his...
