Former San Diego Chapter President Billy M. Shockey died March 20. He was 79.
Shockey began his CPA career with Price Waterhouse in 1954, eventually managing its San Diego office. He started Miller Shockey & Co. in 1971, which evolved into Shockey & Associates and was bought by Hutchinson & Bloodgood LLP in 2001.
