IN MEMORIAM.

ROBERT H. DILLON, an associate member and 1978-1979 President of the Minnesota Chapter, passed away recently. Mr. Dillon retired from the Honeywell Corporation in 1986 after nearly 30 years with the company. Before joining Honeywell, he served as an auditor for the Minnesota Department of Taxation and as an agent in the IRS's Minneapolis office. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota School of Business Administration.

SIGURD TRANMAL, an associate member and 1956-1957 President of the Rochester Chapter, passed away February 26 at the age of 95. Mr. Tranmal worked as an auditor for General Mills for 10 years before joining Distillation Products Inc. as the company's Controller. He later joined Stromberg-Carlson, which became a devision of General Dynamics, retiring in 1969 as Assistant to the Vice President and Controller.
