The data set ranges from emotional health to income level to sports participation rate.

The top 20, starting at No. 1, are Utah, Minnesota, North Dakota, Hawaii, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, California, New Hampshire, Washington, Wyoming, Vermont, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Delaware, and New Jersey.
