Man: (Shuffling papers): "I'm going to ask you a few questions."

Vietnamese woman: "Yes. I'm very ready."

Man: "Good, now many amendments to the constitution?"

Vietnamese woman: "27."

Man: "Okay. And what was--"

Vietnamese woman: "The last amendment was in 1992."

Man: "That's right, and how many--"

Vietnamese woman: "There are 3 branches of government."

Man: "Well, you certainly know your--"

Vietnamese woman: "There were 13 original states."

Man: "Yes there w--"

Vietnamese woman: "Massachusetts, Maryland, Virginia, Rhode Island ..."
