IADC Foundation seeks your contribution.

The Foundation of the International Association of Defense Counsel has embarked on several new and exciting programs of interest to the entire defense community. The Board has formed the Institute of the Foundation of the International Association of Defense Counsel, whose mission is to endeavor to bring about the implementation of various recommendations and programs on the civil jury trial. These programs include new techniques to improve communication between counsel and the jury. In addition, the Foundation is supporting the Phase II work of the IADC's Special Committee on Professional Responsibility, which is developing rules and guidelines to assist defense counsel in the defense of commercial and insurance cases. The Foundation is also undertaking to furnish the Journal to approximately 200 appellate court libraries throughout the United States, is supporting the inauguration of an annual Corporate Counsel College for senior in-house counsel who manage...
