The recent admission of guilt by Milwaukee Police Officer Oscar Ayala-Cornejo to falsifying his identity begs the question of whether his status as an illegal immigrant will alter the outcome of cases he was involved in during his career. Ayala-Cornejo, 24, assumed the identity of his deceased cousin, Jose Morales in 1999 and became an officer in 2004.
