HOT PROPERTIES: 'Tactical' laser tag finds downtown Greenville space.

Kisha Lyles, Rakan Draz, James McKay and Macy Scoggins of Avison Young represented the landlord in the leasing of 11,123 square feet of retail space at 20 Liberty Lane to Elite Battles.

The downtown Greenville space will be used by Elite Battles, which says it "raises the bar on the typical laser tag experience and elevates it to full tactical combat."

Other recent commercial real estate deals include:

Ben Hines and Andy Hayes of Spencer/Hines Properties handled the lease of 2,040 square feet of retail space at 2094-2098 E. Main St. The Cellular Connection leased the space from Lantana LLC.

Dale Seay of Spencer/Hines Properties conducted lease negotiations for 41,689 square feet of industrial space at 1014 North Point Industrial Blvd. West Signal Industrial leased the property to concept Packaging.

Spencer/Hines Properties agents Guy Harris, Guy Harris Jr. and Robbie Romeiser handled the lease of 418 W. Blackstock Road in Spartanburg. Car Keys to Go LLC will occupy the 1,600-square-foot retail space owned by Turner Ventures LLC.

Jeff Day of Pintail Capital Partners represented the seller, Meritage Homes of South Carolina Inc., in the purchase of multiple parcels, totaling 194.6 acres, of land located on Old River Road in Piedmont from sellers Margaret McAbee Simpson, Jim T. Long Jr. and Brett E. Harnesberger.

Jeff Day and Lakin Parr of Pintail Capital Partners represented the seller, LML Properties LLC, in the sale of 1.24 acres located at the intersection of Highway 9 and Clark Road in Boiling Springs to buyer Biscuitville Inc.

Jeff Day and Lakin Parr of Pintail Capital Partners represented the buyer, Track West Partners LLC, in the purchase of 0.51 acres at 5188 Calhoun Memorial Parkway in Easley from seller DRR Properties Inc.

Darath Mackie and Randall Bentley of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg represented the landlord, Marketplace Real Estate Holdings LLC in the 3,900-square-foot lease of 200-202 Adley Way in Greenville. The tenant was Fowler E-Business Consulting LLC , doing business as Waypost Marketing.

Andrew Harrill of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg represented the landlord, Sukor LLC, in the renewal lease of 813 square feet of Suite B at 25 Concourse Way in Greer. The tenant was Atchison Transportation Services Inc.
