Andrew Harrill, Jordan Skellie and Elledge Willis of Lee & Associates represented the buyer, Tamarack Acquisitions LLC, in the purchase of 68,000 square feet of space at 217 and 221 Commerce Road in Greenville County. The seller was Clale Properties LLC.

Adam Padgett and Matt Roos of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, James Lawrence, in the lease of 5,000 square feet of space at 751 John Dodd Road in Spartanburg. The tenant was Pittsburg Bottom Line LLC, doing business as Bottom Line Co.

Kevin Bentley, Randall Bentley and Chad Stepp of Lee & Associates represented the Landlord, HS Buildco LLC in the lease of 12,000 square feet at 113 LaCannon Road in Piedmont. The tenant was Dillon Supply Co.

Chris Prince and Ned Reynolds of Avison Young represented Fortis in the subleasing of 7,997 square feet of office space at 116 Markley St. in Greenville. Will Williamson and Keith Jones of NAI Earl Furman represented the tenant.

Robert Zimmerman of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented seller Linda Fleenor, trustee of the Linda Fleenor Revocable Trust in the sale of 0.4 acre at 711 Mills Ave., Greenville, to Yuze Holdings LLC.

Rick Cauthen of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Fairforest of Greenville LLC in the sale of 9.5 acres at Global Business Park, Ridge Road in Greenville, to Alston Park LLC, represented by Pete Brett CCIM of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine.

Frank Hammond of Colliers represented Alexrules LLC in the sale of 10 acres of land at 8336 Augusta Road in Pelzer.

Lyn Tyner of Colliers represented Hillside Partnership II in the sale of 1.12 acres of land at 1685 E. Main St. in Duncan to BV 219 LLC.

Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented buyer PMC McDaniel LLC in the purchase of a 5,500-square-foot office building at 9 McDaniel Ave. in Greenville from Sharp End LLC.

Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, SCTAC Flex LLC, in the purchase of five acres of land on Arrowhead Court Greenville from SCTAC (city and county of Greenville).

Gaston Albergotti, Jake Van Gieson, Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, an investment group led by CAPA Management, in the purchase of a 331,000-square-foot office building at 301 N. Main St. in Greenville...
