Randall Bentley, Kevin Bentley and Chad Stepp of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg represented the landlord, Pattillo Acquisitions LLC in the lease of 41,096 square feet in Suite C at 678 Brockman McClimon Road, Greer. The tenant was GBG Courier Inc.

Darath Mackie of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg represented the seller, First Trust Properties LLC and Daniel P. Carter in the sale of 3.3 acres at 1030 W. Georgia Road in Simpsonville. The purchaser was MEMs Enterprises LLC.

Garrett Scott, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented Gissing North America in the sublease of 102,060 square feet of industrial space at 189 Milacron Drive in Fountain Inn to BorgWarner.

Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison of Colliers represented Guest & Brady in the purchase of two office buildings totaling 27,425 square feet at 745 N. Pleasantburg Drive in Greenville.

Richard Barrett of Colliers represented Kinney Hill Associates in the lease of 11,300 square feet of industrial space at 110 Corporate Center Drive in Spartanburg to Blackhawk Industrial Distribution Inc.

Larry Webb, senior advisor with KDS Commercial Properties LLC, facilitated the sale of an industrial portfolio in the Upstate Industrial Park in Piedmont. The portfolio consisted of approximately 67 acres including six leased manufacturing and distribution facilities totaling 435,000 square feet. Twenty acres within the portfolio are scheduled for development and future construction of four new speculative industrial buildings with a minimum of 30,000 square feet each, beginning the first quarter of 2023. KDS Commercial Properties will be coordinating the development and leasing of the future construction.

Pete Brett and T Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented KOJO LLC, which sold 8.76 acres Stanford Road and White Horse Road in Greenville to Asheville Devine Developments LLC.

David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick of Pintail Capital Partners represented the tenant, Achieve Behavioral Health Greenville LLC, in the lease of a 2,640-square-foot office space at 20 Roper Corners Circle in Greenville from landlord Rockville Corner LLC.
