Tim Satterfield, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented CM Partners LLC in the purchase of an 8,000-square-foot flex building on3.48 acres at 1396 Boiling Springs Road in Spartanburg, from J. M Smith Corp.

Frank Hammond, of Colliers International, represented T & J Rental Properties Partnership in the sale of a 10,000-square-foot retail/office center at5600 Augusta Roadin Greenville for $423,000 to SAM Real Estate Group, with plans to convert two end caps into a Domino's Pizza...
