Frank Hammond of Colliers represented MTC Federal Credit Union in the lease of 9,000 square feet of office space at 201 Brookfield Parkway in Greenville.

Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison of Colliers represented Clawson & Staubes LLC in the leasing of 6,767 square feet of office space at 200 E. Broad St. in Greenville.

Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison of Colliers represented The Simpson Organization in the lease of 6,756 square feet of office space at 5 Independence Pointe in Greenville to Lennar Homes.

Mark Ratchford, partner at KDS Commercial Properties LLC, represented the landlord in the lease of a 7,523-square-foot medical office building at 1338 Highway 14, Simpsonville.

Rickey Heaton, adviser with KDS Commercial Properties LLC, represented the buyer in the purchase of nine acres of land off E. Phillips Road in Greenville for a future development.

Adam Padgett & Matt Roos of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg represented the licensor, WAJO LLC, in the renewal of 5,855 square feet at 1731 Price House Road in Spartanburg. The licensee was Universal Civil Construction LLC.
