Frank Hammond, of Colliers International, represented Wells Fargo Bank in the ground lease of half an acre of land at 126 Augusta St. in Greenville to Gather Greenville LLC for $1.83 million.

Zach Hines, of Spencer Hines Properties, represented 123 North Main Group LLC in the sale of the commercial building at 123 N. Main St. in Greenville. Bevello will remain as the street level retail tenant and currently 3,400 square feet of space is available for lease above Bevello.
