Bobby Lyons and Chris Schweighart of Lyons Industrial Properties represented the Landlord, Leigh Realty LLC, in leasing two industrial spaces at the Leigh Fibers facility in Wellford.One tenant, Carolina Property Services of Greer, leased 10,000 square feet, while another tenant leased 40,000 square feet.

Avison Young commercial real estate reported that Rob Howell, Ryan Young and Mike McElwee represented Unlimited Carrier Group LLC in the leasing of a 31,989-square-foot warehouse at 700 N. Woods Drive in Fountain Inn from 844 SE Main LLC.
