HOT PROPERTIES: Greenville attorneys office sells for $1.7M.

Spencer/Hines Properties-Greenville LLC handled the recent $1.7 million sale of the Guest & Brady Attorneys At Law office at 1560 Wade Hampton Blvd., Greenville. Zach Hines and Cameron Smith of Spencer/Hines Properties-Greenville LLC represented the sellers in the transaction.

The property features a 4,800-square-foot building on just more than a half-acre of land on a corner lot. Guest & Brady Attorneys At Law are relocating to a new facility mid-summer, according to a Spencer/Hines announcement.
