Bobby Lyons with Lyons Industrial Properties announced that they represented Airsys in a 60,000-square-foot, 10-year lease, at the new Class A Smith Farms Industrial Park in Greer.Airsys Cooling Technologies is a global information, communication and technology cooling solutions provider making a $5 million investment in Spartanburg County.

Greyson Furnas and Dylan Abernathy of Spencer Hines Property leased 4,915 square feet of office space at 1650 Skylin Drive, Spartanburg, from Atlera Mary Black to Heulogics Physicians.

Lynn Spencer of Spencer Hines Property facilitated the lease of 12,000 square feet of industrial property at 92 Fairview Circle, Spartanburg, from Petra Inc. to Carrier Enterprises.
