Gary Kirby of KDS Commercial Properties represented the seller of 800 Squires Point in Duncan. The purchaser, Falcon Real Estate Development, will develop townhouses on the approximately four-acre site.

Mark Ratchford, MAI, of KDS Commercial Properties, represented the buyer of a 1.71-acre commercial site located on State Park Road in Travelers Rest. The buyer plans to develop the site although no immediate plans are available.

Jeff Day and Lakin Parr of Pintail Capital Partners represented the buyer, Hutton, in the purchase of 1.33 acres in Lexington, N.C., in Davidson County, from Lexington Development.

Josh Tew of Pintail Capital Partners represented the seller, Riverside Corp, in the sale of a 10,164-square-foot building in Lanett, Ala.
