The NBER held a conference on "Hospital Organization and Productivity" on October 4 and 5, 2013. The organizers were NBER Research Associates Amitabh Chandra and David Cutler of Harvard University, Research Associate Robert Huckman of Harvard Business School, and Elizabeth Martinez of the Massachusetts General Hospital.
