Steelworkers picketed outside the headquarters of Great Lakes Steel on February 10, charging that workers are not being called back from layoff in seniority order. Those who have been called back are forced to work huge amounts of overtime. Local 1299 has about 300 members who have been laid off since January 2009, some with thirty-five years of seniority.
