If you're squeamish, you're not going to like this. A new study found that the average house in the U.S. hosts more than 100 species of insects, including leafhoppers, wasps, and lice. In the study, researchers at several U.S. universities crawled around 50 homes within 30 miles of Raleigh, North Carolina, wearing knee pads and headlamps, looking for insects.
