Edward Rothbauer broke his back falling from a roof in 1990, and was paralyzed. He soon discovered Kombucha tea, brewed from the Manchurian Mushroom in the Himalayas for thousands of years. "I started getting movement back in my legs," said Rothbauer, who continued drinking the tea to recovery.
