Since first introducing the e-Statements program, the bank has periodically developed promotions to encourage customer enrollment. Seizing an opportunity to realize potential cost savings and revitalize enrollment, in January 2011, the bank launched an integrated campaign focused on highlighting the environmental benefits of e-Statements in addition to other savings that come with this service.
