Austal USA named Michelle Kruger vice president of global services and support. Kruger is responsible for the company's global post-delivery repair and warranty efforts, including the development of business strategy and strategic alliances.

Prior to joining the shipbuilder, she served as the vice president of operations at General Dynamics Bath Iron Works.

Robot maker HDT Global appointed James Cassella as senior vice president and chief revenue officer. Prior to joining HDT, Cassella served as chief growth officer for DynCorp International. BAE Systems named Guy Montminy as its senior vice president for finance. He will be responsible for the financial operations of the company's U.S.-based businesses. Montminy succeeds Scott Howat, who has served as senior vice president for finance since 2016.

The Center for Strategic and International Studies announced that Kari A. Bingen, former deputy undersecretary of defense for intelligence and security, has joined it as senior fellow and director of the Aerospace Security Project.
