* NDIA said goodbye last month to Corbin Evans, the policy shop's resident expert on the Defense Department's Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification program. Evans is shifting gears and going to work for the American Psychological Association, so when the Pentagon concludes its 30-day review--now well beyond its 180th day--sadly, he won't be around to tell us what it all means.
