* Hello to the Navy's newest PEO. The service stood up the Guided-Missile Destroyer (DDG(X)) program office, designated as PMS 460, which will fall under Program Executive Office Ships. Capt. David Hart was tapped to lead the effort to field the new class of vessels.

The service also announced that Naval Station Everett in Washington state will be the future home of the Navy's new Constellation-class platforms. The ships represent the next generation of guided missile frigates and a new, improved class of small surface combatant ships.

Capt. Anthony Rossi, formerly program manager for the Navy's Mission Integration and Special Programs Office, PMA 298, has been selected for promotion to rear admiral and will move on to be director of the Navy International Programs Office.

Lt. Gen. Theodore Martin, deputy commanding general/chief of staff at Army Training and Doctrine Command is now commanding general of the Army Combined Arms Center and Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.

Army Brig. Gen. Eric P. Shirley, chief of staff for Project Warp Speed, is now commander, Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Defense Logistics Agency, in Philadelphia.
