* CACI International Inc. named retired Air Force Maj. Gen. Darryl W Burke as senior vice president in support of CACI's enterprise and mission expertise and technology offerings to the Air Force. Burke served as the commander of Air Force District of Washington. Most recently, he served as vice president, global intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance programs for Viasat Inc.

Top Aces Corp., a provider of international adversary air services, tapped former Air Force pilot Russ Quinn as its new president. He was previously the company's chief commercial officer. Also, Kevin "Uncle" Fesler has joined the company in the role of vice president of business development
