* Anne Toulouse, Boeing senior vice president of communications, announced her intention to step down from her role at the end of December and retire after 30 years with the company.

Lockheed Martin has appointed Steve Froelich as the vice president of rotary and mission systems operations for Australia and New Zealand, and program executive for the AIR6500. The company also opened an office in Chile and appointed Patricia Tobar as a senior manager for business development, with responsibility for supporting business pursuits across Latin America.

Northrop Grumman Corp. hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony and reception for the opening of its first office in Poland.

General Dynamics announced that General Dynamics Land Systems' president Gary L. Whited will retire on April 1. He will be succeeded by Danny Deep, who currently serves as the division's chief operating officer.
