With nearly one-third of the U.S. food dollar being spent on restaurant services, the personal finance website WalletHub conducted an analysis of the Best and Worst Foodie Cities for Your Wallet.

To find the most-affordable culinary scenes in the U.S., WalletHub analyzed the 150 most-populated cities across 18 key metrics, ranging from the cost of groceries to the number of restaurants per capita.

The 10 best foodie cities are Portland, Ore.; Orlando, Fla.; San Francisco, Calif.; Oakland, Calif.; Seattle, Wash.; Cincinnati, Ohio; Santa Rosa, Calif.; Tampa, Fla.; Rochester, N.Y.; and Miami, Fla.

The 10 worst, from the bottom up, are Moreno Valley, Calif.; North Las Vegas, Nev.; Fontana, Calif.; Jackson, Miss.; Peoria, Ariz.; Shreveport, La.; Montgomery, Ala.; Columbus, Ga.; Ontario, Calif.; and Fayetteville, N.C.
