THE HISPANIC COMMUNITY makes up 17% of the United States' population and is projected to reach 30% by the end of 2030. They have larger families, suffer from higher rates of chronic health conditions, and live longer with their conditions.

All of their material is available in Spanish and English to help both bilingual and monolingual patients receive the care and support they need. "We've made it our goal to work hand-in-hand with patient and provider to ensure that treatment is accessible, affordable, and engaging for both parties."
