Health insurance scam.

Fred McKissack Jr. writes, "Having health insurance isn't practical for those without the means. And institutional racista persists" ("Post-Racial? Not Yet," December issue). I object when any of us buy into health care being labeled "insurance." When we associate health care with the word insurance we have unwittingly framed the question in the terms foisted on us by the corporate insurance industry.

We can have universal health care administered...
