HDR Alaska's Environmental Services Section has added several new staff members. A new environmental scientist with HDR, Rebecca Shaftel, has four years of experience in wetland delineation, investigations and mapping, water-quality assessments and baseline studies. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in earth systems from Stanford University.
