HDR Alaska has added several new members to its staff. Pat Tilton was hired as a ROW expert with HDR; he has more than 30 years of experience in land management.

Melanie Oldford is a civil engineering EIT with HDR, specializing in transportation projects. She has worked on transportation projects with the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities and the Municipality of Anchorage Division of Traffic Safety and Utilities.
