We have very limited engagement with LinkedIn throughout our organization. We use it from a marketing perspective for a company presence and to push information, but realize that the real power behind LinkedIn is from personal engagement ... We have some who use it heavily for the group benefits, and some who follow individuals ... Our focus on sales still lies in one-to-one relationship building through meet/greet and referrals. And for a community bank that's a good thing. We just haven't found a way to effectively add LinkedIn to that process yet where it'll be embraced by a sales team...
