When a manager heard that one of his employees had a disability, the boss placed him on leave and demanded he undergo a medical exam. The employee refused, was fired and then sued. A federal court hit the company with a $67,000 judgment and required training on the proper use of medical exams. (EEOC v. Blue Sky Vision, WD MI)
