A new customer relationship management solution, called Touche CRM, has been introduced by Harland Financial Solutions, Lake Mary, Fla. The solution succeeds Harland's previous CRM offering, known as Touche Sales & Service.

The new solution can be integrated with the company's Touche Analyzer and touche Messenger to add business intelligence features and enterprisewide messaging.
