I enjoyed reading the article on Haida culture ("Kindred Watchmen of the Earth," August 2007) and hope it does not give the impression that people have to wait until next year to visit the Haida Heritage Centre. Although its official grand opening is scheduled for May 2008, the Heritage Centre opened its doors to the public on July 1, 2007, and has been welcoming people from all over the world...
