Hageland Aviation, the rural air carrier in the Ravn Air Group, was awarded a Medallion Foundation Star for Operational Control in November. The Operational Control program is meant to establish an effective flight operations management system that considers all hazards and associated risks. It also requires shared decision-making for dispatching all flights with appropriate management involvement as risk levels increase.
