22. Habeas Corpus U.S. District Court Koos v. Holm, 204 F.Supp.2d 1099 (W.D.Tenn. 2002). A state prisoner petitioned for a writ of TRANSFER habeas corpus, challenging his transfer to a private out-of-state prison. The district court denied relief, finding that the state did not violate the prisoner's due process rights nor waive jurisdiction over him by transferring him.
