GSB Journal Vol. 17, NO. 7 June 2012 Notice Proposed Amendments to Uniform Superior Court Rules 17 and 39 and Proposed New Rule 48

At its business meeting on Jan. 19, 2012, the Council of Superior Court Judges approved proposed amendments to Uniform Superior Court Rules 17 and 39 and proposed new Rule 48. A copy of the proposed amendments may be found at the Council's website at www.csq.org.

Should you have any comments on the proposed changes, please submit them in writing to the Council of Superior Court Judges at 18 Capitol Square, Suite 104, Adanta, GA 30334 or fax them to 404-651-8626. To be considered, comments must be received by Monday, July 23, 2012.
