Greenville developer unveils plans for cold storage facility.

Greenville-based RealtyLink recently unveiled four cold storage facilities across the country, including a 272,000-square-foot building in Charleston.

The Charleston property, secured through assistance from Hagood Morrison, Hagood S. Morrison, John Beam and Brooks Courtney of Bridge Commercial, will be expandable to 540,000 square feet on Autonomous Drive in the Camp Hall Industrial Commerce Park once complete, according to a news release.

RealtyLink's other cold storage properties include projects in Wilmington, N.C., Houston, Texas, and Mobile, Ala.
