Directions: Take I-87 to Exit 21 “Rte 23,

Catskill Cairo.” At the end of the toll plaza

ramp you will see a stop sign; make a left

turn. Follow signs to Catskill, through a resi-

dential area. Route 23 becomes Main Street.

Main Street. Parking lot across the street

from Courthouse.
