Protiviti Inc., an international provider of independent risk consulting and internal audit services, is providing expertise for the implementation and usage of the recently announced SAP[R] solutions for governance, risk and compliance (GRC); these consist of SAP GRC Repository, SAP GRC Process Control and SAP GRC Risk Management. In this role, Protiviti will help organizations align enterprise resource planning (ERP) and IT systems with strong corporate governance measures.

As an SAP Services Partner, Protiviti's application and process controls team will collaborate with SAP to help customers implement and effectively utilize the comprehensive SAP solutions for GRC to enhance their integrated enterprise-wide risk mitigation and compliance efforts.
